LIFE MENTORING
You don't need more advice. You need someone who's walked the road.
Mentoring is a real relationship with someone who has made the big decisions, lived with the results, and will tell you honestly what he sees — so you can build a life you actually enjoy.
WHO IT'S FOR
People standing at a crossroads
If any of these sound like you, let's talk.
Recent graduates who've realized the career their degree points to isn't the one they want.
Young adults still figuring out what they're good at and what lights them up.
High earners who are successful on paper but unhappy — and wondering whether to trade salary for satisfaction.
Anyone who has been putting off a change because it feels too risky to make alone.
THE MENTORING PROGRAM
One-on-One Life Mentoring
Some people know exactly what they want and need help getting there. Others have no idea what their goals or dreams are — they just know they're stuck. Either way, mentoring helps you discover where you want to go, build a plan to get there, and stay on track until you do.
Apply
Fill out a short application so I can get to know you.
We start with an email exchange
Before we ever meet, we trade questions and answers by email. I'll want to know about your past, your current situation, and what you feel are your strengths and your weaknesses. Take your time — this is where the real work begins.
Read Think and Grow Rich
I ask everyone I mentor to read Napoleon Hill's classic. It gives us a shared starting point for talking about goals, desire and persistence. Find it on my reading list.
We agree on your goals and my involvement
Together we decide what you're working toward and how much support you want. Pricing is set case by case from there.
I help you stay on track
Regular conversations, email in between, honest feedback and steady accountability as you move toward your goals.
A NOTE ABOUT FORENSICS
I've spent most of my life as a forensic expert. That training taught me to look past assumptions to the facts — and I bring that discipline, along with my life experience, to mentoring. But this is not forensic training, and I don't teach forensics. It's about you, your life and your goals.

QUESTIONS
Common questions
Is this career counseling or therapy
Neither. I'm not a therapist or a career counselor. I'm someone with decades of real-life experience who will listen, share what I've learned, and help you think clearly about your next move.
Will you teach me forensics?
No. Forensics has been my career, but this mentoring isn't forensic training of any kind. I use the way of thinking that work gave me — and my life experience — to help you find your direction and reach your goals.
How much does mentoring cost?
It depends on what you need. Someone who wants a couple of conversations a month plus unlimited email invests less than someone who needs to talk more often. We'll settle on what fits during your free conversation.
No. The decision is always yours. My job is to help you see your situation honestly and make the move — or not — with a plan you feel good about.
Can a parent arrange mentoring for their son or daughter?
[YOUR ANSWER — e.g. yes, and conversations stay between me and your child]
Do we meet in person or online?
[YOUR ANSWER — e.g. video, phone, or in person in Rochester Hills]
Will you tell me to quit my job?
The years go by fast. Spend them on something you love.
Start with a free introductory conversation. Tell me where you are, where you wish you were, and we'll see whether mentoring is the right fit.
